About the project:

 The republican project "Visit-center Ulytau" is a complex consisting of: information, exposition blocks, conference hall and study rooms for museum employees. To increase the social efficiency of the project, a comfortable hotel-type hostel and a canteen for the seconded employees of the Ulytau reserve-museum are envisaged.

The goal of the project is to form the tourism industry in the Ulytau region, recruiting objects of tourist activity - the historical, cultural and natural heritage of Ulytau in Kazakhstan and abroad.

Tasks:

- Development of a cultural and tourist cluster using the sacred, natural, cultural landscape of Ulytau;

- Preservation and expansion of the population's access to the historical and cultural heritage in the framework of the implementation of the National strategic project Sacred Geography of Kazakhstan;

- Protection of the cultural heritage of Ulytau in the context of the development of the cluster "The unity of nature and nomadic culture";

- Creation of the first socio-cultural institute for the further development of the cultural and tourist cluster of Ulytau;

- Providing tourists with information services, organizing personal and group tours, expeditions, excursions, cultural and entertainment programs.
