Biography
He was born on June 22, 1962 in Shenber village in Ulytau district of Karaganda region. He is a graduate of Zhezkazgan Mining College of the specialty "Geological Exploration of Mineral Resources" (1984) and Zhezkazgan Baikonurov University, faculty of "Natural science" (1997). He is a geographer and geologist. He has been heading the reserve museum "Ulytau" since January 5, 2010. He has letters of thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Head of the Russian Duma, mayors of Karaganda region and Zhezkazgan city. He was awarded with the medals "70 years of armed forces of the USSR", "20 years of Independence of Kazakhstan", "20 years of the Assembly of Kazakhstan", "Talgat Bigeldinov", "For special achievements", "100th anniversary of the national liberation uprising of 1916". He received the title of "World Citizen" at the center of the citizens of the world in Paris, then the "Worker of the Year" award from the regional mayor (2000), the title "Excellent Worker of Culture" (2015).

The official website of our organization will show you the activities of the reserve museum, where employees work hard to save and highlight the history of the "Cradle of Kazakh people" - Ulytau. Also you will get an opportunity to see the objects of tourist routes in 3D format - Aulietau, mausoleums of Zhoshykhan, Alashakhan, Edyge, Altynshoky monument, Khan Ordasy and Terekty aulie complex. The reserve-museum is keeping up with the times and working at mega-projects aimed to form one of the directions of the cultural and tourist cluster "Unity of Nature and Nomadic Culture", to enhance the competitiveness of Ulytau tourist industry – so to build Ulytau Visit Center and hotel complex "Ethno-village “Khan Shatyr".
It should be noted about the contribution of the reserve museum in the idea to pull cultures together through the international round-the-world expedition "Altai-Danube" and other regional expeditions that unite tourism specialists, photographers, geographers, historians, and so on. Having gathered a strong team of researchers on history and archeology, we participate annually in archeological excavations, we are carrying out restoration work on monuments of architecture. There is another unique project awarded to the international organization of UNESCO,that is "Tersakkan Spring" ethno-fest, in the context of which the "Biye bailau", "Aigyr Kosu" and "Kymyzmurindyk" ceremonies are held.
